Our rooms and suites have their own individual charm. The choice is yours - enjoy the unforgettable view of the imposing mountain world or relax among personally selected antiques, stroll across the direct access to the lovingly tended garden or use the space of a separate living and sleeping area - every room and every suite is something very special.

All our rooms and suites are equipped with double beds measuring two meters in length and width, some of which can also be separated and used as single beds. Furthermore, all rooms and suites are equipped with a desk, TV, telephone, safe, free Wi-Fi, minibar and, in some cases, air conditioning to guarantee maximum comfort in your vacation oasis.

In the morning, we welcome you in our "Venezia" and, in fine weather, on our mountain terrace for a delicious gourmet breakfast to get your day off to a great start.

Whether you opt for a standard double room, a maisonette suite or the residence suite, you can be sure that we will do everything we can to make you feel completely at home.

If you would like to use a room or suite on your own, we will refund you € 25,- per day on top of the room rate. Extra beds are available on request depending on the room category.

Infomationen for your stay

We serve our rich gourmet breakfast from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 10:30 am and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. If you prefer an individual room breakfast, please contact our service staff (surcharge € 15.00).

Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00. We also ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.

Staying overnight with children:

Breakfast price for children aged 0 to 6 years: free of charge
Breakfast price for children aged 7 to 12 years: € 12.50 per child per night
Breakfast price for children aged 13 to 17 years: € 25,- per child per night
We are also happy to provide you with a baby crib free of charge

We will park your car for you in our hotel garage for € 15,- per night.
And your dog is also welcome from € 35,- per night.

Aschau im Chiemgau is a climatic health resort and charges a visitor's tax of € 2.00 per person/night for guests aged 17 and over.
For children from 7-16 years a visitor's tax of € 1.80 per person/night is charged.
The visitor's tax is payable on departure in addition to the above-mentioned accommodation price.
